Eligibility for Returns & Exchanges:
Timeframe:
Returns or exchanges are accepted within 10 days of delivery.
Beyond this period, we will not process any requests.
Condition:
Items must be unused, unwashed, and in their original condition, with all tags and packaging intact.
Products with signs of wear, alterations, or damage will not qualify for returns or exchanges.
Proof of Purchase:
A valid proof of purchase (invoice or order confirmation) must accompany all requests.
Non-Returnable Items:
Products marked as “Final Sale,” custom-made items, and undergarments are not eligible for returns or exchanges. Items in sale are also not eligible for returns and exchange.
Process:
Contact our customer care at info@stylstpls.com with your order details and reason for return to initiate your return or exchange request.
Once approved, you will receive instructions on how to ship the item back.
Return shipping fees are the customer's responsibility unless the product is defective or incorrect.
Refunds & Exchanges:
Refunds will be issued as store credit or to the original payment method, as per your preference within 5 working days.
Exchanges are subject to availability. If the requested item is unavailable, you may choose an alternative or opt for a refund as store credit.
Fraud Prevention:
To protect our brand, we reserve the right to deny any return or exchange that does not meet our policy criteria or appears to be part of fraudulent activity (e.g., repeated returns from the same account, inconsistent order history).
Orders returned with intentional damage, fake defects, or swapped items will be rejected, and the matter may be escalated.

If you receive a damaged or incorrect product, pleasecontact us within 48 hours of delivery with clear photos of the issuefor prompt assistance.
